The Ukraine Academy of Ballet will attend MIDANZA 2010.
The professional school of the Ukraine Academy of Ballet has a consolidated tradition and offers a great level of professional training thanks to its highly qualified teachers coming from the most important international theatres. It is the first professional school in Italy for the "Pure Methodic Vaganova", a method used by generations of artist all over the world. In Italy, the Academy is directed by Caterina Calvino Prina and Alexandru Frunza.

MIDANZA will host important personalities of BOLSHOI BALLET ACADEMY of MOSCOW. An exclusive and highly prestigeous presence of MIDANZA 2010 program. One of our guests will be Mrs Marina Kotova - Professor of Classical Dance at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy. Mrs Kotova continues the tradition of legendary prima ballerina and most celebrated ballet teacher, Marina Semenova. Many of her students later became Soloists and Principal Dancers of the Bolshoi Ballet, among her most famous students: Natalia Osipova, Ekaterina Kudriavtseva and Karina Zhidkova, winners of many prestigious international ballet awards.
